2012-13 OPS Scholarship Recipients

The Portland Highland Games Association has provided, once again, three $500 dollar scholarships to OPS pipers and drummers this year.

The 2012 - 2013 PHGA scholarship winners are:

PIPING: Rick Campbell and Ogden Kimberly
